*ATTN: BOARDING TIMES*

Buses will be in front of the BACK BAY HILTON in Boston for boarding and will stay with the runners in Hopkinton until race time.

EARLIER BOARDING TIMES:

Runners being transported in this program should be prepared for security inspection. Buses must arrive in Hopkinton between 7:15 AM and 8:00 AM.

1st Bus will begin boarding by 6:30AM.
If you are in an early wave, you should begin boarding at this time.

All other Buses will be boarding and leaving by 7:00AM.

Tip your Bus Driver!
Remember, this service is not possible without our excellent bus drivers, and they do graciously appreciate tips.

Charter Bus / Bathroom
Each bus is equipped with an onboard bathroom, and they remain stationed with runners in Hopkinton until the start, ensuring you’re sheltered from any weather surprises.

Tickets
Although your name is on a list, be prepared to show your digital ticket to the bus coordinator while boarding.

Refunds
This is a ticket and not eligible for refunds or transfers.

NOTE: YOU MUST CHECK ANYTHING YOU WANT @ THE FINISH WITH BAA BEFORE BOARDING.
